Hi everyone! My name is Kacey Countryman. I am the counselor at Marshall Elementary USD 389 in Eureka Kansas. I received my Bachelors and Masters degree from Emporia State University.
The best part of my work day is working one-on-one with kiddo's. Many of them refer to me as "Mrs. C" -- counselor, caring, comrade, confidante and many other adjectives are used to describe some of my attributes. What many don't know is that a 'counselor' wears many hats. I am involved in various committees such as Student Improvement Team, SITE
Council, Student Needs Program, Backpack Program and The Christmas
Store. I am also a computer lab Proctor for MAP testing and the State Assessments.
